Diet and Optimum Health September 13-16, 2017 in Corvallis, Oregon, USA


On behalf of the Linus Pauling Institute and the conference organizing committee, you are invited to attend the ninth biennial Diet and Optimum Health Conference on September 13-16, on the Oregon State University campus in Corvallis, Oregon.

Diet and Optimum Health 2017 focuses on innovative approaches to improving health. An emphasis will be placed on novel applications of dietary components in maintaining health or treating disease. 

For most sessions, the target audience is scientists and health professionals in biochemistry, nutrition, preventive medicine, public health, endocrinology, cardiology, oncology, and gerontology. However, a public session will be held on September 16 with experts from the conference.

  • IV Vitamin C Therapy in Cancer
  • IV Vitamin C Therapy in Sepsis

Registration to the conference includes:

  • Participation in all sessions during the conference
  • Breakfast and lunch each day of the conference
  • Poster presentations and reception on Wednesday

  • Regular: $550
  • Student: $300
  • One-day registration: $250

Abstract Submission

The conference features a poster session, allowing scientists to share their latest research findings. Some abstracts will be selected for oral presentation during the conference. Outstanding submissions by graduate students or post-doctoral fellows will receive LPI Young Investigator Awards.
