Overview

As part of the Core Laboratories at the Linus Pauling Institute, the Analytical Services Core laboratory (ASCL) performs analysis on small molecules of plants or animal origin. This includes, but is not limited to, compositional analysis of dietary supplements, plant material, tissue or cell culture extracts, and samples obtained from human clinical trials. Any assays can be performed in conjunction with the Biological Models and Translational Research Core at LPI, which can assist in the collection and preservation of samples of animal origin.
